On Monday, meeting was held to decide the venues of this year's Christmas retreat in the United States for the commemoration of the birth of Jesus Christ only about a month away. It was decided that the retreat will be held on two coasts in both New York and Los Angeles, and attendants will join from across the nation.

In the dedication service of the Immanuel Church New York City, 300 members arrived from Dover and NYC on October 23. This property was acquired after 15 years when US missions began and was celebrated in the Bronx, NY.
