Churches & Para-Churches to Hold Diverse Summer Programs

WOA member churches and organizations in the northern hemisphere are preparing to hold various programs and events for the summer season. 

Southeast Asia churches are going to hold a large summer event in Phom Pen, Cambodia from August 24th until 30th. The event also invites OA member churches from neighboring countries including Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia. The program includes Bible lectures, fellowships, and prayers as well as mission conference led by local and regional pastors.

The General Office in North America is coordinating large events that will be held in several countries. Churches in Puerto Rico, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and other Carribbean countries anticipate a growth of mission and expansion in the region through summer events. Programs will be held locally to invite and gather diverse age groups to intensive Bible programs and prayer. 

There will be a four day large events for summer in Europe. Churches in countries of Europe will introduce a large gathering event that will be held in the beginning of September in the London suburbs. The staff of the preparation team shared the  outcomes as overall church growth and gaining spiritual strength in all individuals who participate. 

Para-church organizations of WOA have also laid out diverse programs for the summer season. Olivet Teen Mission will hold summer camps in three locations in the United States, encouraging other regions to prepare local events respectively. Youth Ministries such as Youth Evangelical Fellowship and Apostolos Missions are holding internship and staff training sessions by the month of August.
