Delhi Church Celebrated Easter with Theme "He is Risen"

India

Immanuel Community Church in New Delhi held a very graceful Easter with special programme.

The minister, Rev. Peter preached the word of God titled, "He is Risen" taken from Matthew 28, Mark 16, Luke 24, John 20. The speaker explained first that there are those who doubt the resurrection to be true, and gave five compelling evidences including the eye-witnesses whose account no court of law in the world can dismiss as it has too strong evidences. In the light of this the speaker said that the listeners must respond that Christ is God in human form who should be worshipped alone. All sins are forgiven, all the promises Christ made are valid and authenticated as well and those who believe in him will also resurrect like him and quoting what the Lord said, "Because I live, you will also live," he said.

OTM members performed one action song and guest artist whose parents were missionaries to Assam state also presented one song "Because He lives"

Three women who are sisters along with the husband of one and their children joined the Easter after attending the movie screening.

Church members prepared table fellowship for all participants and a very graceful time of fellowship and table fellowship was held after the service.
