YEF Asia Pacific Aims to Send Missionaries to SEA, Eurasia
In the morning of the 24th (KST), the international YEF emphasized the role of YEF Asia Pacifc in setting up leadership in an online meeting, sharing the goals and plans in 2017.
YEF Asia Pacific will seek to open new chapters in Asian regions including Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and Mongolia. Also they are aiming for new locations in Eurasian regions of Kazakhstan, Russia, Moldova, and Ukraine.
On the other hand, YEF is planning currently an international mission conference online, creating member recruitment, training programs and training teachers using group calls online.
The Asia Leadership Conference in Korea is an important step to build young leaders into a solid leadership by learning faith and tradition. The YEF Asia Leadership Conference has been held annually since 2015, and it will take place at Asia Pacific Olivet Center this year.
YEF Asia Pacific official said "I realized again the important commission of Asia Pacific. We've witnessed the dramatic growth and transformation of young leaders who attended each conference." And "we want to be a model of the burning passion of salvation to the hearts of new leaders and send them back to their countries to ignite the revival this year."
In the meantime, YEF Asia Pacific plans to recruit and train missionaries to the countries where new chapters will be opened, and to implement short-term mission programs.
