OTM Creates Plan to Support Latin America Teen Mission

After the Latin America conference, Olivet Teen Mission International is now devising plans on how to better support the regions' Teen Mission. Through the conference, the ministry could converse with mission leaders more about how to set up OTM. Potential leaders were identified and OTM could better identify ways on how to support ministers. 


To improve the mission, OTM will focus on developing a resource in Spanish that ministers and chapter leaders can constantly refer to. However, not just limit the support to that, but have intense communication with the church leaders through contacting each person one-by-one at least once a week until a potential leader could be found. 

A special emphasis will be on recruiting Christian teachers, Youth Ministry workers, or teen leaders who are at least 17 years old. There are many people in South America that have this desire and experience.

May God bring those who are prepared and bring comfort and salvation to many teens in South America this year.
