New York Elim Holds New Year's Planning Retreat

On Jan. 14th, Elim Center Intl HQ in Kirkwood, NY, held the Elim New Year's Planning Retreat with leaders from New York.

The event was created to help members to find a separate time and place to work on and pray for their new year's plans and resolutions in detail.

The meeting began with a message from Pastor Faith at 10:00 AM.  The preacher emphasized planning, confidence, concentration, hard work, and perseverance for bearing fruits in this new year.

After the message, participants were divided into two groups according to the characteristics of their ministries for a group prophetic prayer meeting. Participants shared their goals and plans for the new year and receive prophecies about them.

After lunch, participants were given total three individual hours to work on or pray for their new year's plans and resolutions in detail.

The retreat ended with the closing prayer meeting from 4:00 PM till 5:00 PM. In this final prayer meeting, participants entrusted all the plans of the new year to the Lord.

One member said, "Today I went to the Elim Center to join the retreat. I got a lot of grace and healing. I saw God's love in my life. His love overcame my sorrow and I opened my eyes toward God. I opened my heart toward God and he touched me. My heart was healed."
