Asia Pacific Collaborates with OTM to Impact a New Generation
Asia Pacific OA representatives met with OTM International to discuss strategies for setting up OTM in each of the churches in the region. The focus will be looking for teens and youths active in their local churches and communities and give them opportunities to receive further training to become leaders to a new generation of believers and make an impact with their lives.
Within January, OTM is moving swiftly to identify potential leaders who will attend training for 1-2 months and become leaders of local OTM chapters and bring revival to the teenage group in Asia Pacific.
"Teens represent the immediate next generation of leaders in any region," expressed P. David. "In order to gain a new generation of leaders that has a strong ownership over our community, we must sow the seeds now before it's too late. We will focus on leading churches to set up their next generation of leaders in the beginning of the year."
OAAP expects to continue to work closely with OTM to recruit and train new leaders for local chapters in the coming weeks, until all AP churches have sown the seeds for teen mission.
