Apostolos Missions Weaves Strategies for U.S. Campus Ministry
Apostolos Missions in the U.S. held a conference with missionaries on the need to mobilize campus ministries in America. The presider of the meeting was able to understand how AM fellowship could better serve church leaders.
The meeting resulted in 4 main concerns and questions missionaries had regarding campus and student evangelism. The concerns were centered mainly on how to approach university students and how to teach them in an interesting way. Missionaries expressed how unsure they are when relating to younger adults. They wanted to know how they can engage with students on campus as opposed to being in a church.
As a result, the AM HQ is currently working on 4 resources to address the concerns of the U.S. missionaries. These practical resources will draw guidance from experienced leaders and Biblical principles. Each missionary will then be able to focus on their target school and apply the resources for more successful student evangelism.
AM will equip missionaries and supply them with guidance to set up this effective ministry. The goal is to set up official chapters in all open U.S. states by the General Assembly. AM's focus is to foster a network of young Christians and mobilize them for frontier mission, beginning at the university campus. The ministry will protect the growing generation of adults and leaders in the U.S
