Olivet Assembly of Uganda Inaugurates New Office
Olivet Assembly of Uganda held an inauguration service for its new office building in Kampala on April 9. Church leadership, administrative staff and members of the local church congregation attended the event, offering up prayers and blessings that it would be used for God's purposes.
Representative of OA Africa, Pastor Thomas Ha preached a message that focused on texts taken from John 2:13-21, 1 Corinthians 3:16 and Romans 12:1.
Through the word of God, Ha encouraged all who were in attendance to have right faith, as described in the Scriptures, and to offer themselves as "living sacrifices" to God.
Following the message, the service concluded with a time for united prayer and testimonies, with prayers offered up for the new office and the expansion of the gospel to other countries within the African continent.
"This church came to give life to Uganda," said one of the leaders, testifying about how she came to join the Olivet Assembly.
Pastor James Lee also gave a testimony about how the Lord orchestrated the growth of Kampala Emmanuel Church, expressing hope that God would continue to guide the leaders and strengthen the church.
