Olivet Academy to Host Summer Camps for Teens and Children
Olivet Academy is planning to hold an international camp this summer from July 25 to August 16 for children and teens. The 3-week program will be held at the Olivet Academy campus in Dover, New York.
The site where the summer camp programs will be held was historically used by the New York Mission Society, where children and teens participated in numerous religious-based programs.
To better address the needs of the children coming from around the world, as well as within the United States, there will be two separate programs, one for children ages 5 to 9 and another for children over the age of 10. Children will be accompanied by parents or guardians who will stay with the children on the camping grounds during the events.
The summer camp aims to provide a space for children and young adults to deepen their faith in Jesus Christ and discover vision for the kingdom of heaven through daily faith-centered activities. ESL programs and various recreational activities will give children an opportunity to grow socially and build meaningful relationships with each other.
