Emanuel Church in Santo Domingo Opening Its Second Church
Emanuel Church in Santo Domingo will open its second church in Santo Domingo with the abundance of God's blessing with many people who are joining the church and wishing for the church to grow in other parts of Dominican Republic.
The missions in Santo Domingo had its barriers and difficulties, the missionary and pastor Julia Rocha shared, but God has been good and faithful to the church and has added many people to be members of the church.
"After the time to sow the seed of the gospel, there is harvest when we reap the fruit of the work," Pastor Rocha said. "We believe that it is time to open another church and serve the precious souls God is adding to the church."
The pastor added that if it is God's will and the time is ripe, they hope to open more churches throughout Dominican Republic and also go out to other countries in the Carribbean.
Santo Domingo is the largest city in the Carribbean and Emanuel Church is training missionaries who wishes to do missions in Central America and the Carribbean region. The regular training seminars at the church includes Bible study, prayer and evangelism.
