WHO WE ARE

In a heartening display of faith and outreach, the Emanuel Church from Mexico City, in collaboration with Saint Luke Society (SLS) in the Central America and Caribbean region, made a significant impact at the Universidad Autónoma Benito Juárez Oaxaca (UABJO) this past week. Their mission? To inspire university students not just to pursue careers but to seek a deeper understanding of their identity in Christ and discern God’s calling on their lives.

WHO WE ARE

Should youths be perceived as akin to backbenchers, waiting on the sidelines before stepping onto the mission field to spread the gospel? This question strikes at the heart of a prevailing misconception within some, the idea that youth are mere spectators, waiting on standby, preparing themselves until they mature enough to actively engage in mission work.

WHO WE ARE

February 14 marks the beginning of Lent in 2024, and World Olivet Assembly members will embark on a collective 40-day scriptural meditation, in the form of personal scriptural reading, cross-centered sermons, Bible studies, and retreats to renew the light of the cross in each person's heart once again.

WHO WE ARE

In 2024, the Olivet Leadership Institute emerges as a pivotal force in shaping the future of the WOA denomination's church planting endeavors. This institute plays a key role in educating and equipping leaders who embody the core values of the Christian faith. The emphasis is not just on theoretical knowledge but on cultivating leaders who are God-fearing, godly, and armed with the Word of God.

Devotional

In today's modern Western society, the meaning of the cross has often been diluted, distorted, or altogether lost amidst the noise of our fast-paced lives and the distractions of our materialistic culture. We wear it as jewelry, display it as a symbol of our faith, but do we truly understand the weight and significance it carries?
